Open template_openoffice.odg with OpenOffice.org Draw
(Download the OpenOffice.org suite via OpenOffice.org).

Activate the Drawing toolbar:
View › Toolbars › Drawing
|

Add pictures, text, shapes or Fontwork (Available in the Drawing toolbar).

Insertion of a picture:
Select the "From File" icon in the Drawing toolbar and find the file you want to insert.

Once the image has been inserted and resized to your liking, you will probably want to modify the relative superposition order.

Insertion of text:
Select Text in the Drawing toolbar.

Insertion of shapes:
Select Shapes in the Drawing toolbar.

Position and modify shapes properties if needed.
 |

Insertion of Fontwork:
Select the Fontwork Gallery icon in the Drawing toolbar.

Select the Fontwork appearance and insert the text.
(Position and modify Fontwork properties if needed.)

Access the printing properties:
File › Print…
 |

Modify the printer properties if needed to increase the printing quality.

Finally, we suggest you do a print test on standard paper before printing on Horbis® labels. |
